This is at the very beginning of the match. As you can see, I get first blood. This is just normal rumble but getting a super (legitimately) this early isn't even possible in mayhem. Clearly there's a bug.........

If you want your super immediately and you're not lvl 40, go to your inventory, turn in quests. If it is enough to level you, you'll be granted your super. When you level up, your super gets full.
