Hello Droppinbillions,
I completely understand how frustrating this is for you but Unfortunately Bungie does not support account transfers.
Your Characters, equipment and expansions are tied to the account they are created and purchased on.
If you have to make a new account then I'm afraid you would have to start fresh.

Bungie also cannot give you three Sparks of Light.
By buying The Taken King you are guaranteed to One spark of Light.

why is it that i have heard many of cases that people lost their characters and the destiny gods returned them. Its sad to think that a game that is so good like destiny could have such poor help in regards to their loyal guardians..... 1600 hours down the drain....

All you heard were rumors. Not once has Bungie restored anything. Even that kid that got his stuff deleted via share play.

Bungie has never restored a character for Destiny or transferred characters since Destiny was released. They did some transfers during early stages of Destiny due to testing. But not for actual customers. Bungie will not transfer anything under any circumstance as it is in their policy not to.
