And no, the following isn't an actual spoiler of the game. [spoiler]I think Piper likes the Railroad the most because she called BOS evil and Institute monsters. And a few goals of mine for my first play through of the game is to manage a good relationship with Piper and to act neutral among the factions, but mainly allied with Railroad.
I could care less about the Institute, and BOS is super militarized, so I don't really want to get involved, and the Railroad seems awesome.

So I was doing the Nuclear Option quest (last quest in story) and I went with the Minutemen. I got to the end of it-
(The following is a pretty big spoiler, if you haven't already found out early in the quest, regarding what happens to the Institute if you side with the Minutemen)

-And I did it, realized Dogmeat was nowhere near me, looked for him, and realized he was stuck in there, and died.

I already looked it up, and I'm on Xbox, so there's no way to fix it.
[b][i][u]Pretty much to fix it, I went to a previous save, waste of a few hours, and dismissed Dogmeat to my home.[/u][/i][/b]

2 RepliesHow long does it take settlement supply lines to share resources? I sent a settler days ago, real time and game time, from sanctuary to the castle and the resources still aren't combined. Each location has a Brahmin and I can't select another settler to make the same supply line link. Shouldn't have trusted that filthy ghoul. Probably a dirty synth.

10 RepliesI had never played fallout until this one I missed out on so much fun, this game is awesome! I love how unforgiving it is, one second you're doing ok, at least you think, next second your face is buried in the dirt by a random legendary asshole just walking around, and of course you forgot to save for the last damn 30 minutes, and you cry a little, but you realise this is how games are supposed to feel! Punishing, brutal, and HARD. It has been so long since I played a game where it doesn't feel like god mode lol. Going to try survival mode on a second play through, that shit looks pretty insane

I'm level 42 and have been collecting junk all game long. Now I'm pretty much junk broke. Hopefully it was worth it! Spray n Pray: 43 damage. All other mods are the highest. Overseers Guardian: 170 damage. All other mods are the highest. The Gainer: 173 damge. All other mods are the highest. These are my primary weapons. Couldn't find any weapons better. Heavy Combat Chest, Legs, Arms all fully upgraded + ballistic weave MK VI military fatigues and battered fedora = 345 Ballistic and Energy defense. X01 MKVI fully modded power armor = 1880 Ballistic and 1440 Energy Defense. I want the Gauss Rifle as a weapon for pure raw damage as well. But other than that I can't think of any other weapons are armor that are statistically better. [/quote]

2 RepliesHey I have a question on how to romance with Cait. I picked a bunch of locks and drank a bunch of whiskey until she gave me her childhood story, and the game prompted me to flirt with her. I didn't. After that I kept raising my relationship level with Cait and she gave me the Benign Innovation (I think) quest. I finished this and went back to keep trying to raise her relationship level. BTW: I used a lock picking strat where I just engaged the lock after I picked it, and then proceeded to wait for 2 hours so that I could get the [i]"Cait liked that"[/i] in the corner of my screen. Anyways, it hasn't been tooooo long after the benign innovation quest (maybe like 30-40 minutes) but here's what I'm concerned about - It hasn't prompted me to flirt with Cait since the very first time (where I didn't). Did I screw it up? Help appreciated<3

I currently have 3 suits. -T-45 with Vault coloring -T-45 Military coloring -And the BOS one (T-60b I think it is). I could buy another 2 Frames but I'm saving for something important I might need.. 1 ReplyDoes anyone know if materials are refunded into your workshop if you use partial items from an item. Example: Using a desk lamp for screws but not steel and gears, do the steel and gears go into the workshop if I used it for something that [i]just[/i] needed screws.
