A real Christian studies Christ and religion in a whole, by using historical evidence to piece together what is closest to the true legacy left behind by Jesus himself, prior to being altered to what we know as religion today. I am a historian, as well as a true believer of Christ and Christianity.

All jokes aside, a real Christian doesn't put value in religion and its history so much as living a Godly life, serving God, and doing as much good as we can in the name of Christ. I'm not here trying to judge you. I am in no position to do so. Because I do agree, anyone who follows a religion should study it enough to at least [i]understand[/i] it, but there shouldn't be such an emphasis on the religious part as there is of just being a follower of Jesus himself, if you get what I'm saying.
