I play alot and strive for a high LL, i run HM 3 times every week and usually get crap! Then u run it with some low LL friend who runs 1 raid every 2 weeks and sure enough "I got a 320 chestpiece, is that good?" "Oh a 319 helmet, i thought 310 was max?" If i didnt know any better id say that people with lots of hours logged are more likely to get crap then those who just play a little every now and then (casuals) /spinmetal hat on
