I'm really struggling with this quest you get from Banshee. I've spent an inordinate about of time on the third part of this poorly created quest, which is to get 7 kills in a single match in the Crucible using only the awful "Imprecation" hand gun. Not only has this quest caused frustration, it has seriously changed my opinion of this game. I am not a pro-gamer, but I did spend good money on a game that's supposed to be fun. Now, I know there are skilled gamers out there who've already completed this quest with relative ease, but as an older player (in my 50's) I just want to have some fun when I'm gaming. Apparently, on completion of this quest, the gunsmith awards you with a hand cannon called "The First Curse". Based on the difficulty of this challenge this surely must be a God gun! To conclude - I've sacrificed good Legendary weapons to infuse this Imprecation gun up to a pathetic 260, only to discover it is a water-pistol compared to every other gun. I did manage to complete the first two parts of the quest but the Crucible part is a pain! I've wasted days, and lowered my overall stats significantly trying to get 7 Crucible kills in one game. If the gun was at least on par with the rest, everyone would have a fair chance of getting those 7 kills in a Crucible game. As it is, only those who are getting friends to help them, or are extremely skilled, or even resort to cheating can complete this quest. Come on Bungie, give the gun a buff or change the quest requirements, making it "accessible to all players", not just the pros. Thanks for your time.
