It has a very high damage output a d a very high aim assist. I'd use it on Warpriest and the Daughters, but for Golgoroth I'd still use Black Spindle and for Oryx I'd still use Touch of Malice.

Black spindle hits 19k per shot with WoL and Tether at Warpriest. You can land 19-23 shots easy. Do the math, that's ALOT more DPS then SS. No hate

Yeah, but if you run several SS it doesn't even matter, know what I'm saying. I don't equip SS for the raid myself, but I can't blame people for changing it up every now and then.
