How about a mechanic for bringing ALL year one gear up to year two stats, not just exotics.

Everything out of Y1 (Raids, Certain weapons, Prison of elders) feels absolutely pointless right now. But since Bungie apparently absolutely refuses to honour my time investment into these activities, I'd settle with something they said themselves. That all Y1 Exotics will be brought forward. And thus the only logical question that goes with that statement is the following: When?

Let's say I REALLY like the Hakke auto rifle (I do, actually). It's possible for me to infuse it up to 320, given a LOT of RNGesus love (which is another entirely valid gripe by the way). The same can also be said if, say, someone REALLY likes Iron Banner gear, or Vanguard gear, or Dead Orbit, or whatever. So why can't someone who REALLY likes the OLD Iron Banner gear, or their gear from VoG or Crota or whatever do the same thing?
