An alternative to Bungie's traditional "Ban Hammer"

Instead of "banning" the player found to be cheating (lag switching or whatever), let them continue to play PvP under these circumstances: 1.) Their bullets no longer damage enemy guardians - You can get creative here, and maybe allow these cheaters to heal enemy combatants instead. 2.) Their supers and grenades are disabled - Just like it sounds. They only have their useless gun to rely on. 3.) Their melee gives enemy guardians an overshield - Basically like the defender melee, only to the enemy. 4.) They continually generate orbs for the enemy team - Supers for days for everyone else. 5.) They are highlighted on the map for all enemy guardians - Nowhere for them to hide. 6.) Their deaths do not contribute to the game, but are calculated in their overall stats - we can not be punishing the poor sods who end up with cheaters on their team And do not put a time limit on their punishment - if you do then they will simply stop playing for a few days and then come back repeating the same nonsense. No, instead, make the punishment X amount of games. That way, they actually have to sit through matches being absolutely useless, and the pariah of their team (and the PvP community) until they EARN their way back to normal PvP status. Don't just remove them from the community - let those of us who don't cheat get some satisfaction in watching them be useless and get justice for their cheating arse. Thoughts?
