from what i have seen Mask of the Third Man is not trash, while im rolling Gunslinger atm, can see this to be useful if i go with Bladedancer build

I got MotTM early on, that plus Encore equals "floor it?" If only I had one drop at 310

I got lucky and got a 310 third man the other day so I won't be buying it this time around

Overall it is not trash, because it is definitely awesome with bladedancer... just would prefer to see something else is all.
