Relentless doesn't stack with the no back up plans.
The text on it only states that it increases the duration, but it actually gives you the full perk.
-Edit, This is false. They do indeed stack.
Also, Why do you keep referring to firefights as dogfights? We're not in planes.

Edited by Yoru: 10/22/2015 6:10:55 PMIt does not. Go and test it for yourself. I am 100% sure on this as I main defender and have tested multiple times. The amount of time the barrier stays active with and without the perk while using no back up plans are the same.

Hmmm i remember using this build in crucible and it would make my shield last around 20-25 seconds. Must have been a recent fix with 2.0 or something. I'll definitely test this and come back to you.

You are correct, sorry it took a few days to reply. At some point they changed it so that the buff from no back up plans and relentless stack. I'll keep my original comment there, but I'll leave an edit stating that it's false.
