If you still need the four grimoire cards or just want to get the ghost, check out this video. it might help.
(And to start the No Time To Explain Quest.)
EDIT: Your fireteam cannot wipe within a darkness zone. you will have to restart.
EDIT x2: For the final part of the mission to get No Time To Explain. it may be beneficial to have one player on keeping the groundskeepers anger above 100% and everyone else doing as much damage as possible. Void exotic swords seemed to work well against enemies.
EDIT x3: Turning in your first ghosts today will not allow you to start the quest. The weekly reset is when you will get your quest for no time to explain
EDIT x4: If you like that video and would like me to make more like it or better ones, like the video and subscribe. I look forward to helping you guys out with the next big secret.

Edited by A Rising Wind: 10/21/2015 2:43:36 PM
tl;dr. I'm a xmas VoG noob who wandered aimlessly for hours on daily paradox last night to get praedyths ghost because I had no idea where to go
So I decided to go ahead and solo the Paradox daily last night to get the cult shell. While it was not particularly difficult, I will be honest and admit my noobiness. I am a Christmas noob. I bought destiny right after TDB was released. As a scrubby casual, I was not to level 30 until late January. Crota was all the rage. I skipped the VoG. Still haven't done it. Only ventures into the vault came via the HoW mission and paradox. I go in solo, fire up youtube because I know I won't find the ghosts myself. Grab first memory...die a few times jumping. Then the YouTube video skips to the second ghost. I recognize the location, near the Templar fight. But now I'm like....how the -blam!- did they get there from here?? I'm staring at some random tree and no idea where to go. Look around...see a platform...jumps...dead end. Jump back, short the jump, dies. Go back, get first ghost again, back at tree. Dies again. So many damn tunnels and ledges..... After what felt like hours (probably 30 minutes), I finally find the back way to the Templar area. But of course I die in the taken fight to a stupid captain. Can't go back to get the ghosts now. Restart. Get the first two ghosts this time no problem. Kill the hydra in the gorgon maze. Check youtube for the third ghost. Near the jumping puzzle.....easy enough....except I have no idea how to get out of the damn maze lol. My missions always ended at praedyths bones! The youtubers (rightly so) assumed people knew how to get out of the maze so skipped that part. If you want a good laugh bungie, go watch my game footage of a poor guardian wandering in circles for nearly an hour trying to find the path to the jumping puzzle. Wait, I've seen this puddle before. Sigh, same stupid red light. Same God damn pillars for the tenth time!!! Finally I found the nook and was able to grab the ghost and do the jumping puzzle without issue (that would have been a rage quit had i died). Got to the taken fight, died a few times (which thankfully at that point doesn't prevent getting the cult ghost), but was able to solo the boss after a few tries. So my cult ghost is turned in, now just waiting for my chance at Fallen to Light to come back. I will be doing VoG as part of the no time to explain questline. I can see why people enjoy the VoG itself, even though I didn't experience the boss mechanics. I set personal records for longest life and longest mission as it took me over two hours to run that one mission lol. Overall fun experience but did I feel dumb being a level 40 and not knowing how to simply get out of the gorgon maze lol. I spent a lot more time walking in circles than I did fighting. That said, it was rewarding to still feel something "new" after nearly a year.
