Cauterize is probably the only good perk besides the super oh wait, how about we just remove every perk except the super and then it will be balanced!

Did you bother reading my post completely? Or even at least the actual changes I suggest? I only suggest removing Cauterize as it both doesn't fit the class's intended role and is breaking HoS. And not only do I suggest that if Cauterize is removed you get 3 [i]arguably amazing perks[/i] - but I also clarify that my tweaking may not be perfect.
