The biggest change they need to make is to make the weapons and armor 300, period.

I had one rare fusion drop at 299, everything else was below 283. I agree, if they're going to make us pay legendary marks, gear should be higher than 280.

Agreed, IB use to be a method to get high level gear for people who play pvp and don't raid, but now the gear is hardly any different to vanguard / crucible gear. And I ain't just moaning coz all I play is pvp, look at my stats am a pve player mainly.

I saw someone get 299 boots (the only drop I saw in the few games I played) but they definitely need to create a way for non-raiders to be able to compete with raiders in leveled pvp. It's just going to get worse once hard mode comes out
