glad some people got lucky with RNG.. but most did not. If drop rates were actually increased.. they need to be increased a WHOLE lot more... got IB rank 5 and never saw a single IB drop... just a bunch of crap blue gear... thanks for a week of frustration Bungie RNG... at least I did have enough legendary marks to buy some of the stuff I wanted..
