How many of you out there wish you could use the Dragon's Breath a little more but instead prefer Truth, Hunger of Crota, or...if you're lucky, Gjallahorn? I love everything about this weapon, except for the weapon itself lol. Love the way it looks, love the hot breath action when you're rolling with it, love the sights. Here's what I DO NOT love: 1) non-tracking system. It's hard to stomach when you have a target in your sight, shoot the rocket, only to see the target duck and dive out of the way and your rocket is useless...and I'm simply talking PvE enemies. It would make a huge difference adding a tracking system to it. 2) pyromancer. When I first read about this weapon I was pretty stoked about it, especially since I didn't have a gjally or a truth. I recieved the gun day 1 of the DLC in the first raid chest and subsequently upgraded it pretty quick, excited to see what pyromancer could do. Turns out, it doesn't really do a whole lot, unless you're firing it at something like the Nexus mind that doesn't move much. As of now, enemies just stay away from the solar flare, even if they're damaged by the initial blast! Not sure how this could be changed to actually make it useful but something is needed. Other thought: It would be pretty cool to be able to reforge your exotic weapons like you can with IB while having a the random perk generator. Making the exotic gun truly customizable to how you want it would really appeal to each player...I think anway. Maybe you can only change 1 of the weapon's stats, i.e. Dragon's breath- instead of the three shell perk, you can try and reforge until you get the tracking system. Lastly...what would my "ideal" Dragon's Breath look like??? Dragon's Breath with tracking system, increased velocity, pyromancer WITH either wolfpack/cluster rounds so each additional rocket/explosion leaves its own solar flare. Probably would be way too OP at that point but what the heck...DRAGONS ARE OP!!! lol
