The class is fine, as a whole. Lacks the team-wiping powers of stormtrance and HoS, but has plenty of ways to make up for it.
I found shadowshot to be underwhelming, but not underpowered.
The exotic gear for hunters is pretty lame though. Sealed ahamkara grasps have had some useful applications, but on the whole, nothing has been particularly exciting in terms of y2 armour.

Yknow what, I actually have a 290 version of that, but I use gunslinger so infrequently I totally forgot about it! Maybe it's time I give it a go and finally get around to completing the subclass (yes, i haven't even fully levelled gunslinger. The shame)

When I first saw they buffed it, I only noticed a few days ago, I was so beyond happy, they essentially gave me 4 throwing knives. I didn't even hesitate to drop Nightstalker for Gunslinger again

THE CHOICE, THO. Do I run with 2 nightstalker smoke bombs or 2 trip mines?! I'll have to try em out. Tell you what though, if I get myself a Monte Carlo, I am going to smoke bomb the living hell out of everyone in existence. Dat grasps/Carlo perk synergy

For sure, when I run smokes I spec for max strength with grasps, smoke every 20 seconds
