When you buy legendary engram from Xur, why is it lvl 160?
What a waste of strange coins and how worthless . Why are they not at least 280 or higher. Why is it lower than the level I am? I don't mind the grind to level up! But how can I level up little by little when the stuff I buy from Xur doesn't even help me. Destiny please fix your worthless engrams
