I just responded with this to another topic about Xur and it seems that a lot of people don't know / haven't noticed you can do this. How to Xür in Year 2. 1. Buy engrams. 2. Decode into 310 light. 3. Infuse into gear. 4. ??? 5. Profit. To clarify, you need to be 300+ light to be able to get 310 exotics, and even then it seems to be about a 50/50 chance on the light level it drops at. Hope this helps. Happy Xürday!
