Do what you want kid. I don't know what to say to someone that's so smart.
What's the fundamental theorem of algebra? In your own words. Any answer after 5 mins doesn't count.

When am I ever going to use that? I'm not taking any mathematics now, I've already got all the credits I need. So this year, they're not teaching me anything I don't know.

Obviously, if this guy doesn't even need to study for his tests he is not at a high enough level in math to anwser this question.

You're the one that called me a jerk. Why? I'm just trying to give good advice to the kids. Also, the fundamental theorem of algebra is so basic. I was taught that in the 8th grade. Maybe 9th, I don't remember.

Edited by EquipDubs: 10/9/2015 12:56:25 AMI didn't say it wasn't... I didn't call you a jerk either. I just think that most of the stuff we learn won't be useful. I know some of it will, but I know a lot won't either.

Don't let old unemployed men tell you any different, kiddo. High school is a joke this day and age. College on the other hand teaches you things you need to know in your specified profession. Take it from a career server, you don't want to be humping pates all day or night or humping drywall 40+ hours a week to pay your electric bill. Unless these things interest you, just do your best.
