Fabian Strategy. Titan Exclusive Exotic Auto Rifle. Let's be honest, it's doesn't deserve that exotic slot. But read on, and I'll tell you ways that it can. 1: Change The Archetype. Fabian Strategy is a Low impact/high rate of fire auto Rifle. Let's change that. Make it an Archetype similar to Red Spectre, high rate of fire, with high impact. The gun is supposed to represent Titans, so make it hit hard with a good DPS output. 2:Buff the exotic perk. "Front Lines". Right now, the perk is non-exsistant. Buff it so we actually notice a difference. Or if raising the fire rate would cause an issue, here's a replacement perk of mine.. "Front Lines: This gun grants bonus handling, recovery, and reload speed when enemies are nearby. Kills have a chance to refill the magazine. 3: Make life support proc just a bit more often. Here's why. This gun's exotic perk requires us to be near the enemy at all times, so we need to stay alive. If Life support (kills have a chance to regen health) procs more often, then it will encourage players to make use of that and actually play the role Titans were meant to play: Tank.
