This is 100% an accusation. Wtf are you talking about, "not an accusation." You're railing on them about the Sleeper quests.

No this is an assumption, and a question based on the assumption, the assumption could be totally wrong, and I wish it was, and I hope I am wrong, and they would deny it and provide an explanation to the totally lacking missions. An accusation holds facts, I have no facts in my argument other than the missions being lacking, thus I'm not accusing anyone, I'm questioning them.
