To scratch that itch, I just play Elite: Dangerous. And soon, we'll ALL be playing No Mans Sky for the exact experience you just described.

But why !!?? Why wouldn't people want a more explorative world in this game ? It would give us more to do and on top of that imagine exotic ships !!!

Its not about want. We all hoped Destiny would be a space-age skyrim type game with raids and pvp on the level similar to halo. We were delivered neither and most people have lost hope for this game. We all want those things, but is it realistic with Activision in the mix? Not really.
