About the Microtransactions (Opinion)

My fears about micro-transactions What im hoping for that these micro-transactions stay cosmetics, i know people are going to bash me for this comparison, to how COD has those skin packs for the guns and characters. So the most i would ever like to see in the forms of micro transactions, is sparrows, shaders, emblems, emotes, and jumpships. I really hope it doesnt include anything along the lines of exclusive weapons, exotics, and gear. If anything along the lines of this was implemented it could hurt the game in a variety of aspects. For example, lets say tess started to sell a year two gjallarhorn. This gjallarhorn that would melt many of the Pve bosses and be blatantly overpowered. Now if she sold exclusive exotics like for example a scout that chain percision shots increased prision daamage, that would be broken in pvp and pve and give the micro-transactions increased influence over the gameplay. Another idea bungie needs to avoid is making players who dont want micro-transactions from feeling they have to purchase them. Hypothetically, lets say bungie chose to go with the selling high level gear in exchange for silver. What I fear is that this will lead them to adjust the drop rate on items obtained within the game so that way players feel its more time efficient to just buy micro-transactions since getting the gear they need through grinding will take much longer and be much more frustrating. I know this is not the case as of right now but I hope bungie just avoids this idea all together. On the Bright Side, But I do welcome micro-transactions. People who just read the above may ask why do I welcome them if i fear the concept of the game becoming pay to win? Micro-transactions typically means free regular smaller content being released similar to how rockstar does with GTA. I assume the expansions will still cost $$$ each time one is released, but micro-transactions may allow for bungie to put in smaller events and content during the phase between each dlc in order to keep something fresh in the game. Oh well just thats m opinion, discuss if you like. Ill be off trying to find a Zalos SuperCell.
