Seeing as how it has a warsat design i have a good feeling that the music its talking about is referring to Rasputin. In addition to that I remember hearing a weird line after playing back some recorded footage of the Cayde-6 stealth drive finding mission (for Youtube stuff). It said something about "soothing the ballet"

Pretty sure youre right. First thought that jumped into my mind was that building on top of the long hill in Dockyard, the one that leads down into rasputen's bunker.
