Update is that I've been working on this and other areas. I've also found two new hidden rooms one in the vog and the other in the bunker which looks like a secret reward room but until I can get in or work out what they are meant for ill keep a lid on it.

Paradox mission is daily today. I killed the boss and went down to try and see if I could get to atheon. Door was closed. Haven't tried going there before killing the boss yet.
