Dropped From Servers Constantly

I have gotten the error codes anteater, caterpillar, baboon, weasel, and marionberry since I have downloaded the Taken King DLC. I have forwarded my ports, I have 50Mgbs internet that is wired to my modem, my connection tests tell me my network is fine, my NAT type is open and the game still won't work. Bungie this has to be a problem on your end because I can't think of anything else I can do. So please let me know if I'm missing some thing or that you are working on it.

  • Same thing has happened to me. I've missed out on raid and NF completes because of being dropped. It's getting to the point I'm thinking about dropping this game completely.

  • yeap keeps happening to me too, every single one of those errors, but baboon is the worst for me, i get it evey other minute or so ingame, missed out on oryx kill, get kicked from every fireteam, and playing this game has become nearly impossible for me, all this since TTK

    • Same since TTK update. Destroyed my xbox, get kicked from pvp only when im doing good rebooted to zero score or next game cant kill a soul. Get booted every time i decode engrams. Tired of it

      • I am having the same issues with destiny. I am constantly lagged out and when i do run the game i am usually the only person in the tower or whatever planet i am on.

      • Same problem since 2 months , made me buy different routers , port forwarding , and every thing in help articles , in conclusion there is something from bungie's end went wrong in the patch that had the taken king update , either it may get fixed in a future patch if they were aware about what have went wrong from their side or maybe we are forced to play something else till it's fixed or at least get a reply from help team about what causes it or how to solve it as for 2 months now no reply or help

        • Me too since ttk release day. I Just got booted as my raid team killed oryx. I get no loot and no credit for the kill even though i was in it the whole time. F this game

            • Hello, so I have had the exact same problem as you a few weeks back. How ever, I was able to fix my problems and I may be able to help with yours. First off, the issues your explaining seem to have to do with internet speed. Destiny is a very demanding game when it comes to Internet. I'm sure you have already tried this, but reset your router. Secondly, try closing Internet applications on your phone. If you have YouTube, twitch, Netflix or any games using Internet open even though you aren't directly using them can affect your internet. When you receive the lag, is it consistent or is it related to a phone being used or other devices using the Internet? If you have recently started using Netflix or twitch / any other streaming services, they can affect your internet speed. Lastly, try an Internet test. If your internet speed is much lower than what you are paying for, it is on your internet providers end. You can have them send out a technician to move your router or switch it's channel, or have them instal a booster right beside your console. I know this is a big comment, but hopefully this can help.
