This is not my video, and I don't take any credit for it at all. I'm posting because of all the topics about sleeper simulant and the many theory's out there.
Of all the theory's, this one to me has the best facts to back it up. It could be wrong. But I wanted to share in case others aren't aware of this theory. You can all debate on how close, or far off this video is. I, for one, am not going to turn in any more Fusion rifle relic drops to the gunsmith. (view EDIT 1 for update on this idea)
Hope this helps further the cause!
Edit1: More information. Someone stated you can't hold more than one. so I posted this: this is interesting. So maybe you do have to turn them in. hear me out.
this Video might not be far from the truth then. He may just be wrong about holding on to them. Why? I have actually found 4 of these Fusion rifle relics. I have turned all four of them in. I haven't found another one since I turned the 4th one in, almost a week and a half ago.
The video explains, there are 4 of these fusion rifle exotics? Coincidence that I'm not getting any more to drop? Or is it because I have turned them all in and I'm not going to get any more? Any one else having a similar situation?

I've turned in four as well and haven't picked up another for a week either. Interesting indeed.

Theres a great reddit post on this. I was wondering though. Does anyone think the warmind artifact for your character plays a part? It says the cryptarchs aren't sure if its vex tech or a golden age relic.

Stimulant.. Smh

You get it from getting the gun smith to level 10 and rim jobbing him on a hot date

Edited by Zoop: 10/5/2015 1:10:41 PMIf you dont turn in the fusion rifles, you wont find another one, until you do, so basically, you can only hold one at a time I was testing if turning them all in at once would make difference... Which is simply not possible

Bump for later?
