I wonder if this a quest area tied to sleeper stimulant... Maybe the platforms to the door don't spawn because the quest isn't active and the overcharge effect could have something to do with a fusion rifle quest. This wouldn't be first time players have glitched into an area before they were supposed to be there. Yes I know the door was opened legitimately, but the fact they have to sword glitch into on area the fly with blade dancer across to get there tells me something Is missing and that could be why nothing happens when you get there
