Whilst running today's daily earlier me and my team stumbled upon a possible something. At the part you have to be stealthy have all your fire team equip an exotic sword and pick a sword bearer each. On the mark each kill your bearer (should take one rt hit and one right bumber) and pick up the relic quick. Now because you have been detected you will be teleported but cause you have the relic sword you are free to move and kill. There is three (I believe) death slinger things there. Unfortunately my team only had the one exotic sword so we couldn't really test the theory. But I have a gut feeling you might get rewarded for killing them.
