Got into an argument with a friend that said that Hunters have the highest skill cap from the three classes.
What do you guys think?
-
Warlocks because of their puny "jumps"
-
So many mental people in the comments..
-
It is not the subclass.......it is the ability of a player to use it wisely and efficiently.
-
Every class takes a certain kind of skill to be used effectively.

So many hunters think they take skill. Ive got close to 2500hrs I main a titan. However since the start of this game Ive played will all of the classes. I use to get so frustrated playing as a titan in pvp so I would switch to a hunter. At one point I only played hunter for pvp and titan for pve. 30 to 40 kills with the hunter but I would struggle with the titan. My warlock was another pvp beast 25 to 30 kills. My titan use to get smashed until I finally decided that with a titan you need to play smarter and I was dominating as a defender titan in pvp 20+ kills. I not going crazy hunter or warlock status but feels good to be a beast with the weakest pvp class. Now we have a strong super that takes 4 to 5 minutes to charge and last for 20 seconds. After the super goes away we only have grenades, cauterize, and our gun until the super comes back. We dont have 3 to 5 passives and amazing grenades like you hunters and warlocks.
-
It depends on the subclass (if we're talking in terms of pvp). Blade Dancer, GG, storm caller, HoS don't take much skill. Night stalker (without the glitch), defender, striker, nova bomb, and sunsinger take more skill to do well with in pvp.

Traffic cones.
-
u guys see all the hating on hunter forums yet ppl still voted hunter 30% higher than the other two lmao jokes on them
-
theres no class that takes the most skill i like them all and everybody will always hate sumthin bout another one haha
-
Variks
-
I main a warlock and I'd like to say the Titans before the hammer of sol. They have the worst flight. Fist of havoc requires a perfect timing and the bubble is kind of a wussy move just sitting in it with a shotgun with the helm of st-14 waiting for people.
-
Honestly Math Class I suck at adding and subtracting
-
really Hunters? I main a Hunter and let me tell you that Warlocks are the hardest class to master.
-
Edited by DGig: 10/15/2015 5:24:45 PMHunters you can't be serious right? If you are... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
-
From "takes the most skill" to use, to "takes the least skill" to use: Grenades: Titans, Hunters, Warlocks Jump: Warlocks, Titans, Hunters Melees: Titans, Hunters, Warlocks In raids: Warlocks, Hunters, Titans In PVP: Titans, Warlocks, Hunters Solar supers: Warlocks, Titans, Hunters Void supers: Warlocks, Titans, Hunters Arc supers: Titans, Warlocks, Carrying the relic in the saber mission while dodging the arc energies, Hunters Clearly Hunters take the least amount of skill.

Edited by TimboLextown: 10/15/2015 3:44:07 AMI play all three classes and hunters take the most skill. Golden Gun is easy to miss and hunters are squishy, and have the worst jump.
-
Hunter is probably toughest for pve due to low armor and lack of shield. But easiest for pvp.
-
Depends on Subclass. With Sunbreaker, Titans probably take the least skill. With Defender, they definitely take the most. PvP wise, of course.
-
Who ever said hunter is brain dead i have a 1 average kd when i play on my hunter i usually have a 3ish kd
-
Classes have nothing to do with skill
-
Hunters are most played. Hunters have most self buffs for PvE. Hunters have most escape tactics. Hunters have most classic style platformer jump. Hunters have highest ranked players in PvP. To me this all equates to it being the easiest class to play. This poll is just proof that there are a retarded number of Hunters, all who flood the forums to try to validate their class as "needing skill" over the others. Kindly -blam!- off.
-
Really some hunters actually think it takes skill? Wow that makes me laugh Titans to me take some practice to get used to the class. Warlock is my main squeeze and hunter is just easy it's fun
-
Imo Hunter's are the easiest (Just look at their supers, they're made for pvp) and Warlocks are the hardest (My main) I feel like Titans just spam me so I'm not sure, maybe hammer of sol is skewing my opinion. But if you say Hunter's are the hardest
You're a terrible player
I have to say Titan. Not from a gameplay perspective, but a social perspective. As a Titan, you're expected to land the first bullet. You're the starting gun for that boss fight. If you were hanging back, you'd make an ass of your self. Your supposed to keep the boss busy so the Warlocks have the space to unleash their all awesome Stormbreaker super and cause chaos.
-
If you would have asked this three months ago it would have been titan hands down
-
All three are skill-less. Don't deny it.
