Sorry but its unbalanced. Heres why. Nearly infinite range, significantly greater than 3 hammers, large health buff (as large as every other super or larger effectively), splash. There is zero check or balance. With the right set up you can recover health and have tracking hammers. Its literally an arc blade style nova bomb. And thats bs
