Any guardians with carpal tunnel
I just got told by my doctor that I'm developing carpal tunnel in my left hand, any guardians out there have this problem and have any advice with some kind of stretch or something. I'd like to play for longer than an hour at a time without it going numb.

2 RepliesI haven't got carpal tunnel yet but am getting very painful hands which go numb from time to time. I decided to try a wrist splint for it, cost about £7 on Amazon and it has helped me no end. It prevents you from bending your wrist inwards and apparently it is that very thing that can cause it. Make sure to go for one that stops just short of your fingers, that way you can still grip the controller and thus far this is about the only thing preventing me from having to stop gaming. Hope you find the best solution for it, preferably one that allows you to carry on gaming
