Fabian Strategy needs work
Ok, so all in all its a good gun, stability is nice and all around a good ar. The issue, like a lot of people have noticed, is the exotic perk is so small in effect that you dont notice it. I feel the best thing to happen is when the perk triggers its RoF should go up a noticeable amount to atheons epilogue RoF. With a noticeable stability increase to compensate. Considering how close you have to be to utilize it i feel it would be warrented.
TL:DR: exotic per needs to increase RoF to atheons epilogue rate, and stability needs to be noticeable when it procs.

Love the gun as a gun as an exotic it perk physically doesn't work

2 RepliesEdited by Lucky Cat: 10/1/2015 7:21:01 AMI do notice that it has a very minor boost so I agree but overall I think it needs just stability boost even though it already provides it by the exotic perk once active. I have used this majority of the time and it kills majority of level 41 enemies. I do wish crowd control lasted a bit longer though.
