Weekly What's update
Here we go - answering all your questions. This week we cheated and got all of our questions from the HBO forums, because ours were busted. The HBO crowd is a classy, curious lot, as you'll see inside.

Bungie should run our gov the war would be over in no time ~ long live Bungie!! 1) when i got the new maps i notice alot of lag and i keep getting disconected now it has gotten a little better over the last week but i never lagged before the DL. 2) when Halo 3 launches on xbox 360 will xbox live still suport halo 2 or will we be left in the cold and forced to buy new gear ,i just got xbox jan. Btw Frankie rocks!

what the-blam!- was up with that dude that took up a whole page of just talking -blam!- about just about every one and me . wow he could just of put that in like one post but no the dick put like 15 of them come on thats a waste of our and his time he should just go shove a razor up his ass or just kill him self in a very painful way ! and does any one know why bungie doesnt let us drive the shadow besides it would cause too much lag or their saving it for the nextgame like they did for the banshee . also whats up with this betrayal problemin which some one betrays someone and then anouther player gets blammed for it? and bungie im looking forward to the new maps so get them out soon from your lord and master savage!

Sure hope this question gets answered.... Will there ever be an end to the damn super jump? It's getting really annoying, especially when I lose my level to those damn bastards. They do it anywhere! Especially on Zanzibar. Will leaving the Cheating feedback work against them? Cuz, I always tell those $#@%-ing bastards that I'll do it but they say that's it's not considered cheating. Is this true? And will it ever be fixed?

Those new maps sound really cool! Why are you guys making the retail pack come out later? Why not in June like you guys said earlier? <(^..^)> Did you know that if stop and stare at the grunts they will say stupid things. Like on The Uprising, I stopped and stared at a grunt, and he said to me "Arbiter, will you tell me a story." The marines, are also kind of stupid too. I hooked one with a plasma grenade right after he through a frag at some grunts. Then he rose his hand and said "Another kill for me!" Then he exploded. What I really want to know is whatever happened to the download of the new version of Chiron from halo 1? I remember a news story detailing how it won a contest for fav map that would work in halo 2. The thing that makes me bring it up is the fact that mountain dew was sponsoring it and therefore was including the Mountain Dew icon for your gamertag symbol. I really want this since it matches my GT! Where'd the new level go Bungie???

I personally do not see how your parable has any relevance whatsoever. You're comparing the internal workings of a nuclear missile silo to just a few good questions about their "next project". It's especially bad P.R when bill gates says they're working on it, and they say they're not. i would think that bungie is lying, because everyone who played halo 2 saw cutscenes that weren't even in halo 2. which tells me that they were working on it alongside halo 2. if bungie wants to be -blam!-s for not telling its loyal gamers the truth, then maybe they should be politicians. everyone here knows that they dodge every important question enough as it is. and finally, about the pics for the new levels, why isn't bungie releasing those pics? why do they have to flaunt the fact that the new levels were on display at E3. hey frankie, why don't you stop worrying about your playtime on the humpday challenge and start answering the questions at hand

OK none of my questions ever make it onto the whats update page but they are really good questions? Why don't they ever make it? I just have one question i really really really want answered. I keep playing on teams where a person "quits out" and it really screws everyone else over. Why can't they add force even teams to matchmaking, it would really really help out.And i have another question that i really don't need answered right now but mayby if u have time.. I keep trying to get out of a hog,spectre,ect and my person doesn't get out for like 2 minutes... i just can't figure it out.... i already switched to my other controller so its not that. Frankie, I don't know if you remember me, but I would like to appologize for yelling at you senselessly over a little situation where my friend could not join my party due to "Network Problems". I was informed by some kind soul later that the problem lay with either my router or my friend's router. If you would be so kind as to answer a couple of questions I have for you, that would be great. First question, Have you and the other folks of bungie noticed a particularly gifted writer, whose .net account is sir_brilliant, who wrote a very convicing fanfiction of a possible Halo 3 prequel storyline? The book he wrote has become very popular in the New Mombosa forum and even in some of the group forums and his skill and Halo expertise seems to rivel that of possibly Eric Nylund. I wonder if you would consider making his book official or perhaps commisioning him to write the next Halo book(s) if Nylund is to busy? My next question is simple, Is Bungie's current "new project" Halo 3 for the Xbox 360? I have heard from several people that Bill Gates himself announced that Halo 3 should be manufactured and shipped sometime next year during summer or fall. I do not know if this is true. Part of me hopes that this is not the case because i would prefer that Bungie work on it carefully and devote plenty of time on making it because the best games bungie has made, were made with plenty of time devoted to them (cough Halo 1). I feel that perhaps Halo 2 may have been rushed and could have used some refinement. My third request is that you draw a Master Chief as James Bond.

You know what I want? I want a Warthog Jump mode for halo 2 (somehow give us the option of turning off vehicle damage) And Also I would like to see the Warthog Jump mode include different vehicles, a updated specifally for warthog-jumping version of the Halo 1 Island Level beach area. Als do you have any negative feelings about the Halo 2 campaign (I know alot of players said that its not quite the halo 1 campagin) And FInnally What would Mister Chief look like if he was in Marathon ?

MP Maps I know about the cheat for getting Foundation Map if your like me and don't have Live, but I've heard rumours of another two unlockable levels. The foundation map for a 'PAL' user couldn't be unlocked by just completing the game but by doing banshee rolls on the last level e.t.c. Is it true there are another two unlockable levels called 'Marathon' and 'Conclusion.' If so, please tell exactly how I can obtain these levels. Please don't say complete the game because I have on every difficulty and that doesn't work. Thanks Dark

My only advice would be to find a compeating game company, that Bungie thinks they can battle with. Find out what their s hit game is, then run the numbers to see if it fits in the H3 time frame.
