Have you tried submitting the form at the bottom of this page? http://bungiestore.com/pages/customer-service Did you get an email confirmation of your order with the soundtrack? You should have gotten a separate email with a link to download it. Check your junk/spam folder in case the message got flagged, but otherwise try the form on the page above and hopefully they can resend the link.

  • Same here, did order the soundtrack last week, got the confirmation mail, order is officially fulfilled but received no further mail (and yes, I checked my spam folder) Two posts on the web form were ignored by now. So, is there anybody still out there at the store or were they all Taken ?

    i've been waiting a month, sent numerous emails to all the customer service things i found of bungie. no reply whatsoever, in over a month, unacceptable

  • Try sending an email to bngcs@bungiestore.com, that helped in my case. I suddenly (well, on the next business day) received answers to all posts I sent before (which were ignored). There is apparently something wrong with the web mail post thingy ...

  • Then you're way more unlucky then me. My email seemed to trigger a slew of replies to my former messages. Still not the professional way to handle customer service.

  • yeah all that i'm getting are automated replies to congratulate me for finding the customer service and that they'll reply once they're done playing x-box and/or eating pizza....infuriating really after a month. sadly some of the most unprofessional customer "service" i've ever seen...
