Holy shit, "keep it clean" brought me back to when ODST was set to release. I remember everyone scrambling to find clues hidden on bungie.net. That was such a cool promo. What was that thing called? The Janitor or something?
Also, for the new guys, don't hate on the ninjas. If you get banned, it's okay, it's not the end of the world, you'll be back to posting soon. If you are banned, however, don't try to act like you didn't deserve it. I don't want to hear it. Nobody cares for it. The ninjas are users who have been here for a while, who Bungie asks to help out around here because they know that these people will look for the company's best interest. What does it say about the company with a T-rated game if their online forums are uninviting, and allow porn and offensive content?
Please stop admiring and idolizing the people who break the CoC. I find it entirely cringeworthy that someone like Engrapadora or NoiselessPurse has a fanbase.
Engrapadora is nothing special. Same with Nubbin and Dorit. You can go and download gigabytes of clop porn, hentai, and scat on the internet if you really wish to see it. And past that all it takes is the ability to sit in front of a screen for a while and press copy and paste. I know this because I've done the same thing but with booty pics.
Noiseless purse is nothing special. God is not real. You're wrong. I'm smart. I'm not baiting I'm educating. Blah blah blah. It's really not hard to do what he does. Stop giving him and any other people who post something offensive about religion/politics so much attention. The only reason why these "trolls" (I really wouldn't call it trolling but whatever) are so prevalent is because you give them the attention they want. If you see a post that attacks another belief, I'll save you the guess work, they are only trying to piss those people off.

Edited by The Cellar Door: 10/1/2015 5:57:07 PMI have a separate gamertag from this account's that's played Destiny so I'm fine. What had happened was I ran out of gold and didn't feel like paying so I made one of those freebies that came with Xbox 360's, and I just ended up sticking to that one while I played and this one for bnet. It was a nightmare transferring it over though, I don't get how the people who steal emblems even have the willpower to go through that mess.

Notice me ;_;

I can only like this once. So here, have a manual like. "Like" Concerning the fact that people are praising bad users, I think people forget there's tools like Bing and Google to find materials for themselves. That and entire websites/forums for it. It seems like the whole "hate the Ninjas" thing has taken root over the past two years. Although it was present on the old site, it's much more prevalent now. Personally I think it's because most users see them (and any form of authority) as corrupt/evil/the enemy, etc. Speaking like an old timer here: I remember the days when Ninjas were feared but respected because people recognized them as other users just with more benefits.

Someone's just salty that he's not getting enough attention.... I wish I could be as cool as you, and make a post titled "Who is this a picture of?", then cleverly change the picture.

O sheit, rekt

100% agree with you. I have to remind that carpet bans are a thing on any website and you need to be responsible with how/where you post. If you're encouraging CoC breaking behaviour chances are you'll be collateral. Really we should be thankful that we don't get Waypoint length bans. A few days to a week or so is nothing in comparison to 107 years.

That feel when you're banned till 2552...

Edited by Railgun: 9/27/2015 8:34:31 PMIt is cringeworthy that those users still are admired to this day. I muted them ages ago, and everyone should do the same. And the days of booty pics, oh lord that was a dark, but fun time. Posting actual quality threads that aren't shit posts and generate real discussion is much more satisfying though.

Yea man that booty thread was crazy. We killed that shit. But I agree, it's much more fulfilling to have an actual conversation with someone who's down to actually have one.
