My Suros shader and emblem is locked
Platform: Xbox One
Issue: My Suros shader and emblem is saying its locked because it's a "Pre order exclusive"
I need to "restore my licenses" to fix this, right? If yes, how do I do that on the Xbox one?

This has happened to my Blacksmith shader; I was very upset for a while but I just found new shaders to use. Would love to have it back though.

I just closed the game and started it again it was working once again for me.

I bought the expansion digitally last weekend and still got the shader and weapon access. Ended up with the same issue you guys have yesterday. I figured they'd finally caught up with me so it wasn't a big deal. Guess this is an actual issue going on, though. Neat.

I have the same issues but only on my Titan I was doing the quest to get my sword and I can't get it

I have this same issue. Had the emblem equipped yesterday, today it defaulted to my vanguard warlock emblem. Still have the emblem in inventory but say preorder required.

TO everyone having the current problem with the Suros Arsenal Pack on XBone. DO NOT UNINSTALL. The pack is bundle walled and Microsoft is using that to extort users for more money as their solution to the current problem.

I had this problem all my DLC's and content was locked. Just hard Reset you Xbox or unplug it and plug it back in

6 RepliesThe same thing is happening to me. I uninstalled the pre order bonus and installed it again but nothing happened. I tried deleting my shader to see if I could pick it up at the kiosk only to find out it wasn't there. So not only can I not use the emblem and shader, I don't even have the shader anymore. Bungie please fix this and give me back the shader.
