It is a SUPER so it shouldn't be balanced. Each class and it's super should get you kills.

Not how it works, the supers are supposed to be balanced. -
Please explain how titan bubbles are balanced compared to the other 8?

Titan bubbles are supposed to be used defensively. Either block off a point , control a zone, get heavy etc. Theyre also supposed to absorb other supers. Thats why they were buffed .
