There have been multiple games in the past couple days in which as soon as the game would start it would go to blue screen and say Game Over, indicating that everyone had disconnected except me. This has become a nuisance and has even caused me to lose a level. (From 22 to 21). A while back i was playing a game on lockout and it was TS and I had sniper and was owning, but i heard them telling one of their players to quit, so the sniper would respawn. When he finally quit they got sniper and won. Is this cheating?

Yo Franks, Why does standby cheating exist (check my GT if you wish, you'll be pleased to see one cheat-free dude)? I imagine it abuses some kind of system that let's a game keep going for a bit if a player experiences network problems. Also, if the game is tied between two teams in an objective game, what determins how an individual player stands? In one game of CTF no-one scored a flag capture, but I got the most kills and was placed last.

Can't you guys do something to discourage players from quitting, e.g. ban them from matchmaking for like the next 15-30 minutes or whatever. If it's truely an emergency that requires someone to quit playing, I highly doubt that they would be on again any time soon after they just quit a game. If you can't stop people from quitting, at least discourage them from it. And this way there is some penalty for the quiter as well, not just the team they just quit. Same should apply if they just quit by turning off their xbox.
