Customer Problems

Hello Bungie! (I'm assuming your reading this) I recently ordered a few shirts from your store, well, not recently but 2 weeks ago. We paid for the 2 weeks shipping and we just received the shipping notice a few days ago, and when we open the tracker it doesn't show up. Where's my shirts?!?! I feel like I'm not a priority, so these shirts better get here quick because we paid for 2 weeks shipping and they haven't even shipped even though its been 2 weeks.
