Edited by Killlerschaf: 9/24/2015 12:12:40 AMIt has slightly less range than the Matador/FW/PC god rolls. It however has the strongest form of shotpackage in the game. Since it is a 2 shot to the body anyhow, if you hit, I do not believe this to be an issue. The Roadborn perk further augments the range, which then us either surpassing or being the same as the God roll shotguns. Concerning the Universal Remote, it's pretty obvious why they didn't give it any form of shotpackage. Range influences damage drop off, and shot package the spread. A weapon like the UR with shot package, would pretty be the first real sniper shotgun this game has seen. Without shotpackage, it's nearly impossible to hit all of the pellets needed for a kill at extreme ranges. It's a way to balance the UR. The Chaperone is balanced around the fact that it can't one-shot anything, if it's not a headshot.

UR has shotpackage built in lol. Shoot it at a wall hipfired and aimed and you can see the spread difference

Have you tried it yourself? I have and you can't deny facts. It has shotpackage

Shotpackage is not a hidden perk on UR to my knowledge.

But even so, URs shtick is range, and it indeed has the highest hit range of all shotguns barring the wolves. My issue has always been: "why doesn't it fire slugs? It make more sense for the UR, seeing as thats its greatest strength...." Even then, UR is easily overpowered by the invective even....balance aside, it makes little sense.
