You're going to hate this suggestion. I guarantee it But marionberry specifically, players have found that replacing their router with a better one from the store fixes it. Sometimes That something that Bungie is doing doesn't mesh well with them. That the ISPs give the cheapest kind possible and something Bungie is doing makes them unable to cope. ALSO if you have multiple consoles in the same home network can cause problems. Removing the other console sometimes fixes it without needing a new router
