It kind of makes a bit of sense to make certain shaders class specific because they don't always look the best between all three classes

You're right, but that's mostly because of the armor being worn and how the shader interacts with that armor piece. So in my case, the class-specific shader for my Hunter looks like crap on her, but looks awesome on my Titan. Soo, that's a fail right there. Also for the longest time I wanted a black and purple Titan, but the Queen's shaders didn't always look the best with my Titan's gear.. but then I previewed the Hunter shader on my Titan and I was so happy, I thought I finally had my black and purple Titan. Yet it was not to be, because they decided for the first time ever, shaders were going to be class specific. On top of that, I didn't spend $20 (also the price of the first expansion) to end up with the unknown stupid limitations they have put in this collector's pack.

I'm just stating my opinion is all Personally I only paid 40 for the legendary edition and it would've been 60 for collectors cause I've got a discount but the 20 extra wasn't worth a few things

I understand you are, didn't mean to come off as attacking you or anything. I paid $40 just for TTK, because I saw no point in buying everything I already had: Destiny base $60, Expansion Pass with Dark Below and HoW $32... Now silly me, I really didn't feel $20 was really worth the collector editions stuff.. but I like I said, I always wanted a black and purple Titan. My beloved Hunter is normally flaunting the Queen's shader anyway. I also thought the exotic class items would be super useful for leveling and for my subclass since it has a boost for it... sooo it was worth a shot? I was so wrong.. The class item is only 170, cannot be infused and became obsolete in a matter of minutes, it was not funny.. x.x
