(They Broke The Law?) False advertisement, and going against M-soft's console policies.(this is on the 360 solely)

After testing to see if this issue regarding TTK not being license transferable/playable by alternate accounts on the original console of purchase, was limited to the digital edition due to the pre-purchase requirements to even see the offer, being that you needed to have purchased both prior DLC. This is not true, and no version of TTK can do this, regardless of whether it's: Legendary Edition (You'll receive: Suros bonuses (IF LEGIBLE) and Spark of light however) Collector's Edition (Same as above) or Digital Edition, which gives no bonuses. This is against the User License Agreement found before purchase, and for those who have little to no idea what i'm talking about? Refer to this forum post: [url]https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/154218528/0/0[/url] Before anyone attempts to send me the link of the "official" statement on the help forums, regard the part where it states, "Subject to Platform Policy" this includes the platform policy found, before purchase, stating that ALL accounts on the xbox the DLC was purchased on, should, 100%, be able to have access to the game, regardless of being the person to originally purchase it. Bungie needs to acknowledge this, before someone takes legal action, because they couldn't share this game with their Spouse/Kids/Family Despite being able to do so with all of the prior expansions. Keep this bumped, i know i will, because this isn't just a matter of nerfing a weapon, or fixing a bug, etc. This is about playing the game. (EDIT) is anyone curious as to why bungie hasn't said anything? C'mon Cozmo! Don't ignore us! (EDIT2) the support is amazing! Let's keep this trending, and in the light! (EDIT3) Chat support is still giving me conflicting stories, I was even transferred to a chat for those who speak Spanish (I'm a Canadian, who barely knows how to ask for water in French) just so they didn't have to talk to me. If anyone wants, I can upload an imgur album of the screenshots. (EDIT4) As previously stated, chat support on the xbox site has been nothing but useless on this subject, and we clearly need an actual bungie employee, or knowledgeable person to come forward and explain why people are having issues with TTk, [u]only on the 360.[/u] This just isn't fair to the people who don't have a spare 40/70$ to spend on a game, and it'd be rude to even insinuate we should, considering that other consoles haven't even had so much of a whiff of this nonsense! Please, cozmo. you're the community manager, the guy who is supposed to be relaying everything to the Devs, Talking and interacting with us. i shouldn't have to ask, but i am. Please, give us an answer! WE MAY HAVE A SOLUTION, OR AT LEAST HAVE FOUND THE CAUSE OF THIS BUG. WE NEED SOMEONE WHO HAS THE LEGENDARY EDITION TO STEP FORWARD.

  • HOTFIX: Log in 1st player as user who doesn't have TTK purchased. Log in on second controller as user who purchased TTK. Launch destiny using first controller. All TTK access restored, and received special perks for digital download, etc. Had this issue this morning on my xbox 360 (my gf and I both play) and her account wouldn't load the TTK expansion until we did this.
