With the Three of Coins (ToC) saying it increases the drop chance of exotics upon an Ultra Kill. [b]Does that mean that all Ultra kills have an exotic drop chance?[/b] My friend upon killing an ultra actually landed 2 engrams at once both exotic so it brought it to my attention. Any info or even speculation that is realistic would be helpful.
