RedBull Codes not working

So I have already tried redeeming 2 codes from cans I purchased a couple days ago at 7-11. I have 3 more codes to redeem, but I am worried those won't work either. Anyone know why these are saying they've already been redeemed? Are others having the same issue? I really want to get a bunch of focussed light to level to 40 and max my subclass day 1. Also, does anyone have a number for the RedBull support or their email? Can't seem to find it. I doubt a drink company has a customer support line though now that I think about it... Anyway, your help is very much appreciated!!!
