I'm getting constant error codes when I try to watch The Taken King opening cutscene. Now it tells me I have lost connection to Destiny servers. I have already contacted my service provider and they were gracious enough to let me know that my end of the connection is uninterrupted. Please advise Bungie!!!

Caterpillar happens on my 360, not my One. Once I log in, sometimes a bit after. I turn my Xbox off and on again and hope for the best. I'm in Arizona.
