I sure am. If all shaders were class-specific from the start, there wouldn't be an issue. The real issue seems to be that they changed their minds half-way through as a controlling impulse.

That makes more sense, though if they did, I'd like them to come out and tell me they did. That's the one thing about the Bungie developers I wish they would change: transparency. All of their updates talk about what they did, but few explain why. What were they thinking about when they decided to change this system or that thing? Why did they take away the Special Orders lady? No idea.

Shaders were never class specific, so when I spent actual money to get them in a dlc pack, I expect the shaders to be available to all my characters. Hell, if you want me to complain about more: the entire pack is basically useless. The exotic class items are easily made obsolete in a short time and the emotes are also class specific (which is ok, since emotes have been that, but would have been cool to switch around), and my freaking shaders that are SUPPOSE to be available between classes are not. Now, I could complain about even more if I wanted, considering I've been here since day one and stayed through it all. Yet for now, as I'm still going through TTK, THIS is what I'll complain about since this was EXTRA money for a pack of crap on top of the ridiculous amount of money I keep spending on this game. And since I am giving them my money, I am going to hold them to a standard as everyone should.

It was their selling point, at this point it's just blatantly false advert. You paid a lot for it, you pre-ordered it. If you wanted to bust that sweet dance move that only Titans could do, you should've been able to do it! Don't be forgiving, Bungie is milking players and they should hold them up for it!
