No. But once TTK drops, crucible and vanguard marks will convert into Legendary marks, which are account based, like glimmer. You can only hold 200 at a time, but there will be no limit as to how many you can earn in a week.

Well when I said "converted" I meant the system will be swapped from Vanguard and Crucible marks to Legendary marks
